The primary goal of UMD Continuing Education is to create and innovate continuous learning opportunities though the use of UMD resources. This is done by offering a variety of courses in different fields to suite any students need.
The continuing education courses can be taken online, in the evening, or at off-campus locations making it highly convenient, accessible, and available for non-traditional students. To aid these non-traditional students in making the transition they extend a full complement of student services. These services include face-to-face, telephone and fax registration; two counselors who specialize in off-campus, nontraditional and adult student needs and a series of course schedules and publications that describe the wide range of programs UMD has available for you through Continuing Education.
UMD Continuing Education is a great resource for people in northeast Minnesota, and they will strive to help you reach your academic goals.
